Alexis POPOV
Founding partner
Before founding &Co Advisory, Alexis was Associate Partner at EY France (15+ years of experience with BIG4) and in charge of EY France’s Africa Hub, with in-depth expertise of the Maghreb and French-speaking African countries. He specializes in transfer pricing analyses relating to supply chains and industrial projects, as well as intragroup transactions linked to intangible assets, and in particular complex contribution analyses relating to the creation of value (DEMPE) arising from the exploitation of intangible assets (brands, patents, franchises, know-how, etc.). Alexis has been rated 5 stars in the “Classement des Cabinets d’avocats en fiscalité des prix de transfert”, Option Finance/Option Droit & Affaires, August 2022 edition.
Graduated from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lille (SKEMA) with a major in auditing and accounting, Alexis holds an MSTCF (Master 1 in Accounting and Finance) from the University of Lille II and a Specialized Master (MS) in corporate taxation (SKEMA).

Martin SERRE
Senior Manager, Co-Fondateur
Prior to co-founding &Co Advisory, Martin was a Transfer Pricing Manager at EY France and practiced transfer pricing for over 6 years with BIG4. Martin was involved in the development, structuring of analyses and implementation of complex transfer pricing policies (e.g., profit splits) as well as the valuation of intangibles/companies in the context of corporate reorganizations/asset transfers.
Graduated from the Université Paris-I Panthéon Sorbonne (double degree in "Law" and “Management” and Master 1 in "Tax law") and Université Rennes-I (Master 2 in "corporate tax law").

Stéphane DUCHESNE
Manager
Before joining &Co Advisory, Stéphane was a Transfer Pricing Manager at KPMG Avocats and practiced transfer pricing for over 5 years at BIG4.
Stéphane has assisted CAC40 groups, unlisted groups and start-ups in defining and defending their transfer pricing policies. Stéphane has been involved in a wide range of activities and business models, notably in the context of corporate reorganizations, the implementation of new intra-group flows remunerating key people and/or the economic ownership of intangible assets (DEMPE fee, procurement fee, etc.) as well as the realization of economic justifications in the energy sector (Development fees).
Graduated from the University of Orléans (Master 2 “Business and Tax Law”), covering a triple curriculum in tax law, corporate law and restructuring.

Fatma DRISS
Senior Consultant
Prior to joining &Co Advisory, Fatma was a Senior Consultant at EY in Tunis. She was involved in the development, implementation and documentation of transfer pricing policies for multinational companies, to ensure compliance with the OECD Guidelines and applicable French and international provisions.
Fatma holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from the IHEC Carthage and a Master's degree in Management and Strategy.

Yosr HARRABI
Junior Consultant
Prior to joining &Co Advisory, Yosr was an intern at EY in Tunis. She participated in benchmarking studies to justify margins and pricing of intra-group transactions as part of transfer pricing documentation projects for multinationals.
Yosr holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Law and a Master's degree in Tax and Litigation Law from the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences in Tunis.
